当代未成年人思想道德状况分析

当代未成年人思想道德状况总体是好的，热爱祖国、积极向上、团结友爱、文明礼貌是其精神世界的主流。与此同时，在国内外因素的影响下，也出现了一些思想道德问题。当代未成年人思想道德问题是由多方面原因导致的，只有社会、学校、家庭等各方面齐抓共管，共同努力，才能使未成年人思想道德素质得到进一步的改善和提高。     

人本主义教育思想的德育解读与借鉴

人本主义教育思想在教育理念、教育目标、教育过程、教育方法、教育评价等方面均对德育具有借鉴意义。德育的目标指向：培育受教育者的完美人性;实施途径：强调受教育者的直接经验;德育模式：凸显受教育者的主体地位。     

静电放电对电子装置的危害机理分析与模型研究

本文介绍了静电放电(ESD)对电子装置的危害,分析了半导体器件受ESD影响而失效的机理,及ESD对电子设备形成干扰的途径,介绍并分析了六种ESD模型,即人体模型(HBM)、带电装置模型(CDM)、场感应模型(FIM)、机器模型(MM)、增强型场模型(FEM)或金属体模型(BMM)、电容耦合模型(CCM)。

阐述了暗示学的基本理论、机制和特点,结合体育教学实践提出了运用暗示强化德育的基本思路,并分析了教学过程中应注意的问题。     

Optimal sample size allocation for tests with multiple levels of stress with extreme value regression

In this article, we discuss the optimal allocation problem in a multiple stress levels life‐testing experiment when an extreme value regression model is used for statistical analysis. We derive the maximum likelihood estimators, the Fisher information, and the asymptotic variance–covariance matrix of the maximum likelihood estimators. Three optimality criteria are defined and the optimal allocation of units for two‐ and k‐stress level situations are determined. We demonstrate the efficiency of the optimal allocation of units in a multiple stress levels life‐testing experiment by using real experimental situations discussed earlier by McCool and Nelson and Meeker. Monte Carlo simulations are used to show that the optimality results hold for small sample sizes as well. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2007

高校网络德育理念初探

高校由于信息资源和人才的优势,始终处于网络社会发展的最前沿。网络正深刻改变着高校师生的工作、学习、生活、思维、交往等各个方面,网络德育应运而生。要推动高校网络德育的建设,首先应在理念上与时俱进、不断更新。     

The impact of operational decisions on the design of salesforce incentives

When facing high levels of overstock inventories, firms often push their salesforce to work harder than usual to attract more demand, and one way to achieve that is to offer attractive incentives. However, most research on the optimal design of salesforce incentives ignores this dependency and assumes that operational decisions of production/inventory management are separable from design of salesforce incentives. We investigate this dependency in the problem of joint salesforce incentive design and inventory/production control. We develop a dynamic Principal‐Agent model with both Moral Hazard and Adverse Selection in which the principal is strategic and risk‐neutral but the agent is myopic and risk‐averse. We find the optimal joint incentive design and inventory control strategy, and demonstrate the impact of operational decisions on the design of a compensation package. The optimal strategy is characterized by a menu of inventory‐dependent salesforce compensation contracts. We show that the optimal compensation package depends highly on the operational decisions; when inventory levels are high, (a) the firm offers a more attractive contract and (b) the contract is effective in inducing the salesforce to work harder than usual. In contrast, when inventory levels are low, the firm can offer a less attractive compensation package, but still expect the salesforce to work hard enough. In addition, we show that although the inventory/production management and the design of salesforce compensation package are highly correlated, information acquisition through contract design allows the firm to implement traditional inventory control policies: a market‐based state‐dependent policy (with a constant base‐stock level when the inventory is low) that makes use of the extracted market condition from the agent is optimal. This work appears to be the first article on operations that addresses the important interplay between inventory/production control and salesforce compensation decisions in a dynamic setting. Our findings shed light on the effective integration of these two significant aspects for the successful operation of a firm. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Some comparisons of residual life of coherent systems with exchangeable components

Most of the research, on the study of the reliability properties of technical systems, assume that the components of the system operate independently. However, in real life situation, it is more reasonable to assume that there is dependency among the components of the system. In this article, we give sufficient conditions based on the signature and the joint distribution of component lifetimes to obtain stochastic ordering results for coherent and mixed systems with exchangeable components. Some stochastic orders on dynamic (or conditional) signature of coherent systems are also provided. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 61: 549–556, 2014     

Bivariate models from univariate life distributions: A characterization cum modeling approach

Bivariate life distribution models are of importance for studying interdependent components. We present a generic approach by introducing a new concept of characterized model in stead of a characterized distribution. It strikes a balance between characterization and modeling approaches to eliminate their individual limitations and incorporate their respective strengths. The proposed model, being a characterized one, admits many important properties irrespective of the choice of marginal distributions. The retention of univariate IFR, DFR, IFRA, DFRA, NBU, and NWU class properties in the bivariate setup has been ensured along with some results on series combinations and convolution. No other models, available in the literature, can ensure simultaneous retention of these fundamental and extremely important class properties. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
